A sensitive soul who can go unnoticed in the loud, noisy Barton household, Hannah is a lot quieter than her older siblings (and a lot less trouble).

Hannah is at the age when she's discovering boys. In August 2010, Hannah starts a relationship with Isaac, a student. Feeling under pressure Hannah sleeps with Isaac, but is mortified to discover their contraception had failed. Because of this and Holly's drug problem they break up.

She nows hangs around with Victoria Sugden (who had bullied her in the past) and Amy Wyatt

Grace Cassidy

Before arriving in Emmerdale as Hannah, the youngest of the Barton clan, Grace Cassidy's most notable role was that of Rachel Towers in Grange Hill.

She has also appeared in The Street, The Chase (the drama centred round a family veterinary surgery, starring former soap actresses Gaynor Faye and Nicola Stephenson) and TV film Marian, Again (2005), starring Stephen Tompkinson and Kate Beckinsale.

Grace appeared alongside her brother, Mossie Cassidy, in his first ever tv role, in Casualty spin off Casualty 1909.
